BARRY TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Barry Township Planning Committee will hold a Public Hearing to review and take comments on a request by New Look Construction, for an amendment to their Conditional Use Permit, to allow them to operate a temporary mobile asphalt plant at their gravel pit located at 26140 State Hwy 48, Hinckley MN. The Public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Barry Town Hall, located at 35965 Wildlife Road Hinckley, MN.

All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above matter may do so at the public hearing. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to comment, you may submit a letter to the Barry Township Planning Committee at the above address, or you may send an email to barrytwpclerk@gmail.com no later than 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 5, 2026. Any such communications will be forwarded to the Planning Committee.
